The mobile showroom
What is the mobile showroom?
A van that brings the LUNA to you, so you can taste the water in your own kitchen instead of in a shop.
Does a visit cost anything?
No. Asking for a visit doesn't cost you anything.
How do I book one?
WhatsApp is quickest. There's a form on the booking page if you'd rather write it down, or you can call us on a working day.
Can you service what I already have?
Yes. Installations, servicing, filter changes and repairs all go through the same page.
The LUNA
How many filters does the LUNA use?
Two at a time. There are three types, and your machine runs Filter 1 with either Filter 2 or Filter 3 depending on what your water needs. You get multi-stage filtration without a bank of cartridges.
How do I know when to change a filter?
The panel tells you. It shows filter life left as a percentage, so there's nothing to remember.
Is the water sterilised?
Yes. There's UV inside the water path, working as the water is dispensed. It runs by itself and doesn't change the taste.
Have the filters been independently tested?
LUNA's filtration components are tested by IAPMO R&T Laboratory in the USA, and they meet NSF/ANSI 42 for materials that touch drinking water.
How hot and how cold does it go?
Around 6° cold, up to 95° hot, held to within a degree. Tea has its own setting at about 60°, and warm, at about 40°, is meant for formula milk.
How much space does it need?
180mm wide, 425mm deep, 380mm tall. Standard 220–240V, matte black.
Is it safe around children?
There's a red child lock on the panel with a one-touch release. The panel's angled low enough for a child to read, and the icons are pictures, so nobody has to learn symbols.
The shower filter
How long does one filter last?
Around 30 to 45 days, depending on how often it's used and your water pressure.
How do I know when to replace it?
The casing's translucent, so you can see the gel block. When it's gone, replace it.
Do I need a plumber to fit it?
No. It twists on by hand between the hose and the shower head, or straight onto a tap. Tighten both ends so it doesn't leak.
What scents are available?
Three. Rose Serenity is the hydrating one, Lavender Calm the gentle one, Citrus Breeze the sharp one.
How should I store spare filters?
Somewhere cool and dry, still sealed.
Servicing
How often does the LUNA need servicing?
Every twelve months, or as set out in your arrangement. We'll need access to the machine when we come.
How do I book a service visit?
Through the booking page, or on WhatsApp. Tell us what you need and when suits you, and we'll confirm it.
Do you handle repairs?
Yes. If something isn't working, book it on the same page and tell us what it's doing.
